In wall speakers in all rooms, with stereo receiver (landlord owns) in Livingroom.  Receiver can alexia, Tv, dvd or turntable hooked up to run thru speakers.  

Large backyard for grilling and entertaining.

Central air (window air conditioners not allowed)
Laundry (non-coin op washer and gas dryer) in basement which is accessible thru the kitchen
Non-smoking tenants only; no dogs; cats considered

-this unit is responsible for snow removal on front sidewalk, and shared snow removal in driveway.
